
Honeywell named George Paz, chairman, president, and CEO of Express Scripts, Inc. has been elected to its Board of Directors. He will serve on the Audit and Corporate Governance and Responsibility Committees.
Paz, 53, joined Express Scripts in 1998 as senior vice president and chief financial officer and became president in 2003. In 2005, he was named chief executive officer and the following year was elected chairman of the board. During his tenure at Express Scripts, a pharmacy benefits management company, Paz has led the company to achieve sales at an annual compound growth rate of 40% and earnings growth of 30% per year.
George’s public company leadership experience, as well as his background in corporate finance, accounting, and M&A, makes him a great addition to our Board,” said Honeywell Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Dave Cote. “He’s a results-oriented operator who has demonstrated the vision and financial discipline to build a strong track record of consistent performance.
