Honeywell Honored With Exceptional Customer Service Award

Honeywell’s Process Solutions business in Southeast Asia was awarded the Frost & Sullivan 2009 Customer Service Leadership Award for Automation and Software solutions in the Southeast Asian Chemical and Petrochemical Industry.

The Frost & Sullivan Award for Customer Service Leadership is bestowed upon the company that has demonstrated excellence in customer service leadership within its industry, including being continually focused on long- and short-term customer profitability goals and tailoring product offerings to suit customers’ needs.

To choose the recipient, the analyst team tracks industry participants and monitors their customer service methods on an ongoing basis. Honeywell was selected based upon extensive research collected from key market participants, secondary and technology sources, and customer interviews. Selection criteria include: Product Quality, After Sales Service and Technical Support, Training, Delivery Time, Brand Awareness and Overall Company Rating for Customer Service.
