The latest enhancement to Honeywell Security Group’s suite of Total Connect digital communication services now allows end users to control multiple security systems with a single log-on.
Honeywell’s Total Connect already enables home and business owners to remotely control their security system panels using Web-enabled devices such as desktop PCs, laptops and cell phones. Now, Total Connect Multi-Site allows operators to use a single login to select up to 50 sites using a simple drop-down list. Additionally, the system can be programmed to send e-mail notifications from any site to alert users to both potential security threats and non-critical events.
Ideal for commercial end users such as chain store owners who manage multiple facilities, Total Connect Multi-Site is the latest in a string of enhancements Honeywell has made to the Total Connect platform. Earlier this year, Honeywell introduced MyKeypad, which provides consumers convenient remote control of their security systems via their mobile devices.
